Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Afzal AC Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

Services

Afzal AC Repair provides AC repair, installation, maintenance, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where safety is a concern or if we determine that we cannot adequately address the issue.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or online form
  • We will confirm your appointment via phone or WhatsApp
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Final pricing will be provided after inspection of the AC unit
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
  • Additional charges may apply for parts and materials

Warranty

We provide warranty on repair work and spare parts as follows:

  • Labor warranty: 30 days from service completion
  • Parts warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
  • Warranty is void if the AC is serviced by unauthorized personnel after our service

Limitation of Liability

Afzal AC Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the AC problem
  • Ensure safe access to the AC unit
  • Be present or designate someone during the service
  • Inform us of any previous repairs or modifications
